After binge eating the shit out of this weekend, today I am getting back on track. Caesar wrap for lunch, green Blueprint juice as a pre-workout snack, and roasted vegetables and chicken for dinner.
It’s not that I think of myself as fat or unhealthy, I just tend to eat myself into a coma and feel horrible about it after. I genuinely miss working out and with the summer coming up, there’s no reason to not look my best.
